800 calories??

Hi okay want to loose 3/4 stone.

Holiday in May and want to loose as much as I can by then!

Is 80 calories good? I am also starting couch to 5k this week and exercising!

    Really i was just tbinking cut calories and go! I guess with the exercising too though I need more? I weigh 13.12

    I'm 5ft 5 and weigh 13.12 id love to be 10.5 in May! Not sure I'll look now

    all I'll say is just be careful slashing your caloric intake too much. Under eat and there's a very good chance that you'll wake up a few days a week ravenous and go nuts with the food.

    1500 every day (10,500 p/w) is better than making yourself miserable on 1200 per day and bingeing on 2600 twice a week because you're not eating enough (11,200 p/w).

    Be sensible.

    Others disagreeing doesn't make them right. A lot of the comments on these forums is backed up with a lot of history, experience and knowledge.

    Very true. All decisions should be evidence based.
