You can buy cheap immersion blenders they are way easier to clean.

I have bpc everyday. I use Nescafé instant, butter (rolling meadows) and coconut oil and splash of cream. I use a immersion blender. It's fantastic!

Yes I've tried it and if you can sustain it is wonderful for your overall health. Fasting has been proved to be very beneficial. The documentary on it is worth watching. Also you are not suppose to count your calories on non fast days.

Oh wow great idea didn't think of pasta. It contains Tahini, Garlic powder, Salt & Pepper, Cayenne Pepper and lemon juice. (I added a touch too much Tahini for my taste, you can taste the nutty flavour) The cauli was roasted too.

Omg. What a bunch of horror stories! Kind of turns me off the idea all together! Actually now that I think about it the "warm up" is way too short and I'm not sure if I am doing the squats and push-ups correctly. Any recommendations for good workout videos for people like me?

I'll have to send hubby in to buy our bread lol (it's cheap and we get the low cal kind) I just wish those cookies wouldn't grab me! I will do my best tomorrow and on-wards...I guess it takes time to get used too.

I'm 165cm(5'4" I think???) and 88kg(194lbs) I put on about 10kg(22lbs) during and after my pregnancy and have only lost 3kg in the last 3 months :-( I suck at losing weight! My goal is to be anywhere between 55-65kg.
