I only eat back half my burnt cals anyway so if it says 400 burnt I only eat back 200 of those... And whats a hrm? And where do I get 1?

So even tho it says I burn 400 on here I should only put in 200? My current weight is 219 pounds and im 5ft1......

So what is a more accurate way of working out my calories burnt then if this and the cross trainer are wrong!? Also I was told to eat back half as 1200 cals alone is very low and to be honest I don't think I could function without those extra 200 cals a day...? This is how many cals it tells me on here and on my cross trainer im burning? I no people burn more when they are heavier don't they? I assumed it was correct as this is what it's telling me? :/

I burn a min of 400 cals a day yes but I don't normally eat all them back I only eat half so around 200 plus my 1200 cals a day so 1400 cals? That's a lot less then before I started dieting. Maybe just the fact it's a diff set of scales then and a diff area? Il wait until next week and weigh again and see what it says lol…

I'd just rather cut it out completly to be honest not good for u anyway is it so lol mite invest in some flavoured water tho for sometimes

Thanks guys will weigh every Sunday morning with same scales from now on! I cut out the fuzzy as was pretty addicted and can't have just 1 glass lol so try stay away completely :) water is a bit bland tho haha

I have 6 stone to loose so probably why it's set me at that then haha and thanks I will do :) have cut out all crap junk food as was eating that a lot also cut out fizzy as was drinking that all day and gone on to water so should loose something haha have started exercising aswell ! I hope I notice a difference as get down…

Changing to lightly active only puts my calls up by 80 a day? :neutral: at the moment I eat the whole 1200 plus half by burnt cals and that's a min of 200 a day so that's 1400 in total if I do the min amount of exercise some days I do more and eat more lol x

When I change to loose 1lb as u suggested it ups my cals to 1520 a day.....

Iv only just started and want to loose 6 stone so set it at the 2lb a week mark as have so much to loose ... Don't worry I find all this confusing ! Lol

Well with my 1200 plus 1/2 my burnt cals works out at a min of 1400 a day so only 100 cals less then the scooby' calculations as if I went with the scooby's u wouldnt include burnt cals would u? So doesn't it work out the same? X

I didn't enter exersize into that scooby just weight height age and goal weight ect... On here going of the 1200 I normally burn min of 400 cals a day but only eat back half of that so be eating 1400 in total so should I just leave it how it is? X

I have a 1200 a day limit on this app and finding it easy but I also eat my calories burnt.. Well try to although havnt today lol I think it's because before starting this I only ate 1 meal a day and drank fizzy all day and that seemed to keep me full? So even tho I'm only having 1200 because it's actual food and not fizzy…

I found once starting this app I don't eat enough as i was eating a lot less the 1200 on a average day? But I will try to eat all my calories back even my work out ones as long as that doesn't stop me from loosing? Lol and thank u

Ok thank you these past few days I have been fine on the 1200 calories struggled a little yesterday but didn't do a workout so... After doing a workout today and after my meals and allowing for a snack tonigh if wanted il still have 500 calories left including my workout calories added back... So think I will stick to this…

I did my workings out on that scooby link that people have said to use... This app tells me to eat 1200 a day where as that scooby link tells me to eat 1500 a day to loose 20% fat going of my bmi ect? What should I go with?

I will stick to the 1200 calories and see how I get on then :) I try not to eat back the calories I loose working out anyway, Iv only been on this 3 days so don't no if I will loose anything this week or if it will take longer but I'm hoping to notice a slight difference as I used to drink fizzy drinks all day everyday and…

Well it is set to 2lb a week and states 1200 calories? I don't no as new to this app but that's what it says in my settings
