I use the recipe builder almost everyday and I do the same thing. I usually weigh my cooking vessel before and then put the whole thing on a hot pad on my scale, then subtract the weight of the pot so I don't have to dirty an extra dish.

Light English muffin with 1/2T peanut butter, sliced bananas, and a drizzle of honey washed down with 1/2 cup ofvskim milk.

I eat basically everything I've always eaten, just in smaller portions. I 52nd to eat lighter earlier in the day and have a heartier dinner. My diary is open, feel free to have a look. I did have a couple of high days but it all averaged out over the week!

I had 2 cheat days almost back to back this week, actually I had chinese buffet tonight! I log everything best I can and get right back on the wagon! It actually helps me to log it, seeing that "if every day were like today, you'd weigh xxx pounds in 5 weeks" motivates me to get back on track!

I would start eating back about 75% and give it a few weeks. If you start losing too fast, eat back more. Too slow, eat back less.

On my 3rd try of C25k after quitting the first 2 times. Ran W6D3 this morning and got my best time out of all 3 tries
