I think that this is what I’d change too! I find it really hard to get to sleep before around 2-3am most days so getting up extra early to get a workout in is difficult. I’m in my 5th year of uni so my staying up late studying habits are ingrained in me now but I’m definitely trying to work on it!

At this point I'd even recommend going to A&E as this is definitely an emergency. They might just tell you to see your doctor but it's definitely better than doing nothing. Hope you're able to get seen to asap. Let us know how it goes.

Someone your height and age should definitely be eating a lot more than that. I'd recommend going on IIFYM.com and calculating your BMR - it'll tell you exactly how many calories you should be eating.
