What is everyone's favorite excercise? Mine would be a nice long bike ride! I love the feeling of burning 1000+ cal.

I didn't realize I was over eating until I started tracking my food! Now I try to stay at 1200 cal. Per day.

Same with me, I lost 4 the first week. It can be discouraging when it slows down but then I remind myself that 10lb is great in a month! So keep at it!
