Hi, well done
I've been using MFP for a week now and lost 5lbs (I know it will will slow down after this week but I'm basking in the glory while I can). I'm looking for a steady 2lb a week loss. If you need a friend feel free to add me.

Same with me, I lost 4 the first week. It can be discouraging when it slows down but then I remind myself that 10lb is great in a month! So keep at it!0

I didn't realize I was over eating until I started tracking my food! Now I try to stay at 1200 cal. Per day.0

agree hour ride for me is about 1k calories so ride 7 miles to gym ,,, hit the weights and 7 miles home0
