Hi, well done :) I've been using MFP for a week now and lost 5lbs (I know it will will slow down after this week but I'm basking in the glory while I can). I'm looking for a steady 2lb a week loss. If you need a friend feel free to add me. :) I'll do my best to be motivational.
  • Same with me, I lost 4 the first week. It can be discouraging when it slows down but then I remind myself that 10lb is great in a month! So keep at it!

Wow, that's awesome! That's inspiring to me. I just started a few days ago but lost 1+ lbs by tracking calories and not over eating :)
  • I didn't realize I was over eating until I started tracking my food! Now I try to stay at 1200 cal. Per day.
