Alright! Here's an update, everyone! I have been logging on MFP for 7 months and I have lost 54 lbs so far. I used it for one month and saw no difference. I didn't feel any different, no fewer cravings, nothing. So, I discontinued use and started counting calories with MFP instead. Good luck!

For breakfast, I usually have a Special K flatbread or a bowl of Special K cereal. For lunch, I usually have leftovers from the night before. For dinner, lots of lean meat and veggies. 1,500 calories per day!
