Glad I'm not the only one! Felt good to just eat whatever I wanted but realizing I can't reach my goals that way, I was up 2lbs this morning, a better reason to bust my a** this week!

I weight my meat portions out, use cups for veggies ect.

Yes I use a food scale, measuring cups ect. That's whats not making sense to me.

2lbs is ridiculous for 6 weeks. And after I put my info in it said I should be eating 1430 calories a day, that's alot and I find it hard to eat that much a day so I took my calorie intake to 1200 a day and I do better with that. So NO your not missing anything, I was asking how to lose more lbs then inches

Yes and it was very inacurate for me every day it told me"if every day were like today you'd weight 136 in 5 weeks some days it was 137, 138. So I followed my routine daily and today 6 weeks later I'm 147!

I haven't updated only bc I only lost 3lbs in 4 weeks which is weird bc I can see a big difference in my body, even clothes fitting slot loser.
