Well its been about three weeks and I haven’t lost any weight mostly going up and back to the lowest so im curious is it because of that or because I need to change up my diet or carb intake.

Basically you try and cut carbs from your diet.. Its like the only thing i'm trying to lose but i keep losing in my legs and my legs are tiny its so aggravating! But the best thing i'm trying to do is cutting down on my carb intake.
