Well I am not on a Keto diet but have lost 70 pounds since last July. I am constantly in a "whoosh effect" scenario now. I get to a weight I'm super happy about and pumped about and I bounce around for weeks within 3 or 4 pounds of that weight. Then all of a sudden over a 3-4 day period I'll go down 3 or 4 pounds. Its a crazy thing really.

I don't know scientifically but based on how others describe the woosh effect I know.

Oorie, is there a reason you're so laser focused on it?

Well its been about three weeks and I haven’t lost any weight mostly going up and back to the lowest so im curious is it because of that or because I need to change up my diet or carb intake.

Various reasons for not loosing weight. Between ovulation and end of TOm, my weight it’s at its highest. Before getting a huge drop.

Does that sound familiar with you?

That is exactly how my whoosh keeps going. Bounce around between my lowest weight and up a few to as much as 4 pounds and then all of a sudden one week I fall to my lowest and down 3-4 pounds after that. Its like that hard work you put in with your diet and exercise catches up to you.
Just this week I was getting VERY annoyed. The last 3 days I was 205.2, 205.4 and yesterday 205.8 when my low was 202.6. But this morning just now I was 203.4. I don't think I'm ready just yet to whoosh down but I could be. I'm saying not yet because last time it was like 5 or 6 weeks before dropping.

I just noticed an unwanted 3lbs whoosh on the scale for myself today. I’ve been skipping on rice and potatoes as a side for two days because I rather to eat more meat on my plate and I’m pretty sure it’s because of cutting out the carbs. I hope it’s not actual fat loss.
