As long as you can fit it into your daily calorie goals, if you want that juice, you have it! :) However, you might find that it's not the most filling or satisfying way to use up your cals... It's a learning experience!

Yeah, I agree with this. Having foods that completely off-bounds is just going to make you feel hard done by or deprived. This, for me, eventually leads to me eating a MUCH larger portion of said off-bounds foods than I would have in the first place! Hummus lasts for so long! I always eat it after its sell-by date :) You can never be certain what is a safe amount of time though because it depends on so many things like the brand/your fridge so just always be cautious.
