We're on vacay in Nova Scotia and I'm loving all our travels, but besides the lobsters, Digby scallops etc., we discovered a new carb sensation! Oat Cakes!!!!
Not available in Jersey City and I'm already sad about it!

I found i like baked oats too. I've not tried tgese before though.
I make a recipe that's just oats, bananas, honey, cinnamon, seeds or nuts (and i add chocolate chips, because chocolate chips!!!).0 -

Oh my god, Oat cakes are my JAM! I love them so much that I eat them plain! They sell them everywhere here in the UK, I can't imagine life without them.0
