This. A break to recharge.

@artvandelay009 Hey George how are you? Haven't seen you in a while, not on TV at least.
-
It worked.

Every exercise from cardio, strength training to sports is logged under CARDIO.

I am more confident. People think I am arrogant. I can't really control that.

I was in Orlando when Matthew was supposed to hit. I have been through Charley in 04 so I am used to power being out for 2 weeks or more and scrambling for water and basic supplies. Thank god it veered to the right at the last minute otherwise all hell would have broken loose.

Still need to be in a deficit to lose weight.
-
Keep your deficit within 500 calories and lift heavy (8-12 rep range). With a 500 calorie deficit you will not lose weight super fast but you will most likely keep your lean muscle mass (you will look good when all is said and done). With a bigger deficit you will lose weight faster but risk losing muscle mass. Good luck…

14-15%.

I cut back a little.
-
Why? You don't need to do keto to lose weight.
-
Anything is ok as long as it fits within your calorie limits.
-
I don't think you look worse. You are getting a little bit more definition to my eyes. If I were you I would continue doing what you are doing for the next 8 weeks. I promise you will look much much better. Good luck.

Lol. All day arguing about vague and insignificant topics. Replying with posts that are 10 pages long. Ridiculous.

Yes I doing the exact same thing. 6x workouts and will introduce cardio soon to speed up the process. My lower belly is getting flatter from the last 3 weeks. I am giving myself 2 months so 5 more weeks to go.

Weight lifting + calorie deficit + some cardio + time = abs
-
I don't what a metaphor is. Plus I have no idea what you are talking about.
-
That does seem like a lot. Good for anyone who can do it. I couldn't though.

Simple answer you are eating more. There could be hormonal factors at play but you are most likely eating over maintenance. Water weight could also be a possibility.

I am more afraid of cats.

Insignificant.

I went the other way all thanks to science. Pics of my fat a$% available on request.

Get fat again.
-
Depends on my hunger level. There is no strict time. It changes day to day.
-
How long have you been doing this? 2.5 weeks Have you found it is sustainable for a longer period of time? It should be if you are eating enough to sustain your workouts/bodyweight. As I said if I feel sluggish I usually eat a little more carbs the next day. I am doing this for the next 2-3 months.
-
Glad it worked for you.
-
Get as close to 12 percent body fat while preserving my mass.
-
I am currently doing this. Low days are below 100 grams. Moderate below 200 grams. High days are anything above 200 grams. I also have been getting great results for the last 2.5 weeks. How you play with those numbers is totally up to you. If I am sluggish after a lowish carb day I usually carb up the next day. With all of…
