I'm male 326.6 pounds 6'0 I walked 4948 steps today (2.32 miles) and the Fitbit says I've burned 3,261 calories today, anybody sure how accurate it is? That seems like a lot of calories.

Thank you very much it seems like I can eat a ton of different things I might of not thought I could just all about counting the calories and portioning it correctly?

I'm willing to eat other things for sure just basically my mornings have consisted of eggs a piece of toast lunch has been chicken and rice and snacks has been skinny pop granola bars dinner whatever is being cooked or more chicken but I'm open to all sorts of stuff I'm just new looking for ideas

By knowing the weight and messuremts how does this help me know how many calories something is?

Alright that makes a ton Alright that makes a ton of sense I hit my daily amount of protein often but I find myself eating a lot of carbs too maybe I can cut out some of the foods with high carbs and high proteins and look for something that's rich in protein I heard fish/eggs/chicken breast is good?
