Anybody know how accurate the Fitbit flex is when coming to calories burned?
I'm male 326.6 pounds 6'0 I walked 4948 steps today (2.32 miles) and the Fitbit says I've burned 3,261 calories today, anybody sure how accurate it is? That seems like a lot of calories.

Carbs fat protein % goals
So MFP has me at 2610 calories a day losing 1.5 pounds a week 50% carbs 30% fat 20% protein and was wondering if I should leave it that or maybe adjust it what do you guys advise?

To little calories?
I'm 20 335 pounds 6' 0" male and MFP Has me at 2600 calories a day to lose two pounds a week. I started on Monday and so far with eating eggs rice chicken quite a bit I've managed to get myself up to roughly 1600-1900 calories a day at best. Basically I'm wondering what is the best way to get myself up to my goal calories…

Vitamin water daily
so almost everyday I've started to drink a 50oz vitamin water that has 300 calories 82.5g carbs and 250% vitamin c as on mfp to get 50 oz I have to put it as 2 and a half servings. I was just wondering if this is super bad for me or not keep in mind I excersise daily and don't hit my carb goal, as well as I drink this…

What does weighing and measuring food do?
so I just started in the gym losing weight and building muscle and I see all this talk on weighing and measuring foods to maximize weight loss, ect. Can somebody explain in detail what this does to help us? Thanks
