so almost everyday I've started to drink a 50oz vitamin water that has 300 calories 82.5g carbs and 250% vitamin c as on mfp to get 50 oz I have to put it as 2 and a half servings. I was just wondering if this is super bad for me or not keep in mind I excersise daily and don't hit my carb goal, as well as I drink this after workouts. Just not sure if this much daily is bad for me or not thanks.

If you are within your calories-no its not bad.

That being said, I would rather eat 300 calls than drink them (personal preference). Have you tried vitamin water zero?

It's not going to hurt you, and if you can fit it into your calories it won't affect your weight loss.

I personally would want that 300 calories to go towards food.

They make Vitaminwater zeros if you concerned about going over your calories.

As long as you stay within your calorie goals, it's fine. That said, I usually go for the vitamin water zero, on the rare occasion that I do get one.

As the other posters have said, if it's within your allowance then enjoy! :)

Personally I love food far too much to sacrifice 300 calories on drink but then my appetite is stupidly huge heh!

If you like them for taste and you can fit the calories, then by all means, carry on.

Just posting a note to say, if you're drinking them because you think they're actually doing anything good for you (aside from hydration and taste), then you might want to pick your calories elsewhere. Vitamin Water is sort of notorious for having hyped up their claims of being "healthy."

I drink vit water 0 orange and lemonade. Have been for about 4 years. The regular ones have too many calories and taste terrible to me. My husband works at a nutrition company and tells me not to buy bottles that are compressed (that look sqeezed) because the vitamins have been comprimized and by the time you drink it from manufacturer and sitting in the store the vitamins are half depleted...I don't know how true that is...I quit drinking Pepsi and started drinking this instead and did lose without dieting...feel better and enjoy the flavor. I do prefer regular water over this and only have one bottle a day to change it up.

Is Vitamin water the stuff with all the sugar in it? I think that's why the calories are so high. Your teeth might not thank you. Stick to straight up H20.

The only drink I would waste that many calories on is vodka!
