  • I always made my kodiak cakes with just water, and they were good to me, but they definitely weren't fluffy. Then I put some egg white in the mix and it did the trick.
  • I bounce up and down as well as my eating tends to fluctuate between being on point or either over/under calories. I've been tracking my weight daily on an app, so although my weight moves between 114 and 117, my average trend is 116. That's what I go by. As long as it keeps moving up overall I figure I'm good.

  • It's simply matter of losing more weight. Cardio is good but your calorie intake is what matters most. If you aren't strength training I would seriously consider that. It will go a long way towards improving the look of your legs while you continue dropping fat through your diet.

  • I eat between 1-9pm. I do have my usual 2 cups of coffee with milk in the morning because I would be a great big beeotch without it.

  • I use cooking spray instead of butter/oil sometimes. Thin bagels instead of rolls for sandwiches. Shirataki noodles in place of pasta sometimes. Splenda instead of sugar. Frozen Nonfat Greek yogurt with fruit/Splenda for a frozen dessert.

  • There's no need. I lost 45lbs eating the bulk of my calories from dinner time on. I like snacking in the evening and I sleep better on a fuller belly, so I plan my days for heavier nighttime eating. Do whatever you're most comfortable with. Just watch your calories and you'll be good.
