  • I do calorie count but also make sure I am eating a balanced diet. Though my problem is still bread, pasta and potatoes. Iv been vegan since january but was Vegetarian previously consuming to much cheese, my weight hasn't gone down. My problem is portion control :(

  • I am also 4'11 :) I don't have much of a problem with the things in the gym, one of the ones you pull down (sorry don't know the name of it) I kneel on the seat to reach the bar but other than that I am ok something I have to put the seat really low down haha!!!
