I finally figured out that you also have to hit the steps tap and take it off phone mode and put in Fitbit mode, yay!

I do body pump which is an hour long weight lifting class. I had been taking step class but I injured my calf muscle. Taking it easy on cardio for a bit!

I'm no expert, I just started back at this, but eating healthy carbs and eating them early in the day. Upping my protein and weight lifting. Off to a great start and hoping to keep plugging along. I'm 44 in a couple of weeks!
