Meeting calorie requirements
I'm proud of how I've been eating, very clean. I'm losing lbs very slowly but have lost inches!!! Yay ... Along with losing cravings I'm also not hungry and some days I don't even meet my low calorie goal of 1200. Am I ruining my efforts by not eating enough? I don't feel weak and I'm full of energy. Thoughts?

YMCA Body Pump
I take Body Pump class at the YMCA three times a week. It's a weight lifting class that covers the major muscle groups. I would like to log it but it's difficult to do with this format. The instructor says the average calorie burn is 500. Any thoughts on how to do this?

Dry or cooked?
Good morning, recently started tracking my food. One question that comes up is I eat steel cut oats every morning. I'm confused as to whether the portion as a 1/4 cup dry or a 1/4 cup cooked? Obviously a 1/4 cup dry will be a much bigger portion when cooked. Thanks!
