Meeting calorie requirements

I'm proud of how I've been eating, very clean. I'm losing lbs very slowly but have lost inches!!! Yay ... Along with losing cravings I'm also not hungry and some days I don't even meet my low calorie goal of 1200. Am I ruining my efforts by not eating enough? I don't feel weak and I'm full of energy. Thoughts?

    Congrats! :)

What kind of foods have you been eating? I love hearing other people's stuff. :)

Great job so far. Your diet sounds very healthy. But I would try to at least meet 1200 calories....minimum....to make sure you're getting the nutrients you need. Are you exercising? I'm less hungry on days I don't work out.

I do body pump which is an hour long weight lifting class. I had been taking step class but I injured my calf muscle. Taking it easy on cardio for a bit!

MFP gave you a caloric goal that included a deficit without exercise. You then exercised on top of that.

As a RN, how healthy do you think it is to create too large of a nutritional and caloric deficit by not even meeting the minimum?
