Dry or cooked?

Good morning, recently started tracking my food. One question that comes up is I eat steel cut oats every morning. I'm confused as to whether the portion as a 1/4 cup dry or a 1/4 cup cooked? Obviously a 1/4 cup dry will be a much bigger portion when cooked. Thanks!

Record it as dry.0

If you weigh/measure it dry, log it dry. If you measure it cooked, log cooked.0
