  • My first mini goal is to be 165 when we go on vacation next month (currently 168). My second goal is to be 160 by September 19 ( my husband and I are renewing our vows). My 3rd goal is to be 150 by March 15th (30th birthday).
  • I have been measuring and weighing in. I have not lost any weight in a couple weeks but I have lost a couple inches. I feel leaner and some of my clothes feel different. Maybe start doing before and after pictures and/or measurements? That way you have more to go by than just the scale.
  • This is my go to. I like the taste and how convenient they are. Sometime I like to blend the vanilla with frozen berries.
  • Same. Right now my go to is ice cream. In a couple months it will probably be something different. I am thinking about trying a couple yogurt bark recipes, it looks like a delicious frozen treat.
  • This is so true! Before I would eat really healthy and not allow for sweets and then I would binge and eat an entire Ben and Jerry’s tub.   • That’s what I have been doing as well. I also found ways to cut calories throughout the day to make sure I don’t go over (changed the almond milk I use in the morning in my coffee etc). So far it’s actually helped me stay on track.

  • How tall are you? I am 5’5 and have been stuck at 168 for FOREVER. I have tried IF and did not find it hard at all. I didn’t see any changes so I switched to low carb. Maybe I should give it another chance after I finish my 5 week trial of low carb.
