I worked out for the first time in idk how long. Did a two mile walk on an outdoor track today. Not that impressive I know, but have to start somewhere.
-
Got a little over a mile in yesterday. Need to get on today’s.
-
I’m in. I’m trying to walk at least a mile a day and gradually build back up to doing 3 miles a day, running again, etc. Despite the fact it was freezing today I got my butt out there and walked my mile. My goal is to get 30 miles in this month. 1 down, 29 more to go!

I’m starting over, again. I’m in!

Sent you a request. I’m kind of in the same boat and starting over, again.

I had been following a mainly keto diet and my results were kind of slow so I started doing 18 hour IF. It has impacted my weight loss positively. Which, I have stopped weighing myself and go by how things fit. With that being said, I just started a water fast (no im not encouraging this as it is not safe for everyone but…

Hey all! Hope everyone is doing well. Didn’t post my JFT goals today but I reached them. I started a water fast yesterday and so far I feel great. They say day 2 is the worst though. Hit my exercise goals though. I plan on checking in but with it being a holiday wknd, we will see. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Completed everything but my cardio yesterday. Squat challenge is going great and I’m about to embark on a kettlebell swing challenge, but I feel I need to build up to that so JFT: 1. Stick to eating plan. 2. Drink 40 oz of water. 3. Complete squats. 4. Start prepping for kettlebell challenge. 5. Get some of my Easter…

Idk about the poster but before I transitioned into working from home I would get 10-15k a day at work alone (floor nurse on a busy unit). Then my hour long workout was step based, another 5-6k and if I went shopping that day lol. But 30k is wow on the regular. Now that I work from home I struggle to get 3-5k.

There are variations. I don’t use an app or anything like that. There are some good ones on Pinterest or I just do them with friends. You can do so many a day or do a challenge of increasing the amount daily, which is what I’m doing. There are so many variations. If you decide to do one, I would opt to pick something that…

Got everything done on my list yesterday, except for cardio. Work/life balance. Ugh. I will have to stick to doing everything first thing in the morning as I had been doing. But JFT: 1. Log everything 2. Do squats 3. Stay under calorie goal 4. Drink 40 oz water 5. At least 20 mins on stationary bike 6. Get outside 7.…

Yes, they figured it out and we got to come home. Thank you for asking! Yes I’ve been keeping up with the challenge but this one is a little different. Every day you have to add another set. I try to complete them first thing in the morning. That way I know I will get them done. I do a set when brushing my teeth and…

Crushed my goals yesterday. Plan on being productive today as well. So, JFT: 1. Log everything 2. Drink 40 ounces of water 3. 20 mins stationary bike 4. Complete lunge and squat sets 5. Get in 12 hours of work today 6. Stick to pre planned meals
-
Fell off the bandwagon over the wknd. My significant other was hospitalized following chest pain so I didn’t get my exercise in and didn’t stick to my eating plan but back on it today. I won’t have a ton of goals today due to other obligations but JFT: 1. Stick to eating plan. 2. Log everything. 3. Do my squat challenge.
-
Hope everyone is having a great wknd! Met my goals yesterday. Actually, exceeded them. I did 30 mins of cardio as I’m trying to increase that. So JFT: 1. 30 mins of cardio 2. Stick to diet plan/within calorie goals 3. Log everything 4. Drink at least 24 ounces of water 5. Meal prep
-
It was really pretty outside yesterday and I reached all my goals. Although mine have been the same so far, it comes down to instilling good habits. I’ve already planned my meals for today and will be trying to focus on meal prep more often than not. Also, adding to those goals today as I work from home and it can make it…

Are you putting your height and weight in? I typically do and then subtract 30%. I’m much heavier than you at the same height and my machine says I burn 700 in an hour, that’s with increased resistance, though not 20, and high intensity intervals. I have calculated I’m burning closer to 500 and if your body is more…

Thank you! Finding this thread has been a God send for me. I’m horrible when it comes to accountability. But, today I crushed my goals again. Yes, they are small and doable, but had I been doing these small things I wouldn’t be where I’m at now. Thanks for the support!

Achieved goals yesterday. JFT I will stay below calorie goal, spend at least 20 mins on exercise bike, log everything and get outside if only for a few minutes.
-
Got my workout in yesterday, stayed below calorie goal and logged everything. Just for today I am going to log everything, stay within my calorie goal and get in at least 20 mins of cardio.
-
I need this so bad! Today I will stay under/at my calorie goal, do my squats and 20 mins of cardio.

12/6- 1,662 at this point I’m just trying to get up to more daily and hope to reach the 10k a day within a week. I also forgot to add that I use an app on my phone to track and don’t always have it on me so it’s not 100% accurate.
-
12/5 - 1,409 I really need to get on it.
-
Joining today...going to have to get creative tho! I moved and the gym is over 30 mins away and weather is yuck!

I’m joining but will not be weighing in until the end of the month: SW:236 CW:218 JWG: 210 UWG:160

216.9 Was a small loss so I shouldn't be so bummed about it I guess

Hi! I need to be more accountable so here goes! Current: 217.6 Goal: 160 Heaviest: 232 I am a registered nurse and single mom to 3 amazing boys. I was at my heaviest in 2012 during nursing school. I lost down to 190 and gained it back. I have successfully reached my goal weight before but through unhealthy means and was…

217.6 :(

I am 217.9. Sorry, I sent you a message before I seen this thread.

I would go by Fitbit...I would rather have an underestimated number than an overestimate.
