I was doing insanity n body beast to get my body back acclimated to lifting it got me back on my routine n on two days real quick lol

Fitbit worked fine for me no I have a Apple Watch. Fitbit charge hr and above. Makes you want to move more and you can challenge other people

Congratulations, wish more people would join. USMC took me 30lbs over which they snatched in boot camp lol. C25K app is good for new runners or returning. Sets you up for a 3 mile pace over 90days and it's a free app as well.

I had no problem passing the fitness test before I went in. Wasn't the greatest but I passed.

This was also back in 2000 lots of things have changed including no tattoos below the elbow. So I would run with what your recruiter tells you. Besides the better shape your in the easier boot camp will go for you and your career period.

Portion control eat healthy meals and workout out. Busy life but make time for yourself to get it in. Every small step leads to he big goal.

Yeah it throws my workouts in and may be a few hundred cals burn and with the divot it would be triple the amount. But hey if it makes me work harder then so be it as long as I'm loosing.
