Short term goal: I purchased 2 pair of jeans for this winter, a size smaller than what I can fit into now. Need to loose enough to be able to wear them! I also like the idea of putting goals into my profile. I keep them in my blog and in a google doc, but will add to my profile later today. :smile:

Took the jog for a walk... really, just a baby, a 6 month old lab, but, I was sooooo angry with him the WHOLE time for not listening, coming when called, sitting, etc.! I'm having a really hard time calming down...

Goals: 10,000+ steps every day, 30+ min on the elliptical every day, 24oz H2O x 5+ every day, complete MFP entries every day. I had a gain this week, when I completely expected a loss, so trying hard to not slack off at all this week, even for the football games this weekend.
