I went in to the profile, and hit "Update Profile", and it lowered by 110 calories.

Went to my fair this past weekend. Allowed myself 2 fried oreos and a lemonade. But it was so good.

You got this! Don't settle for everyone saying "it's natural to put on the weight.". While that's true, it's also very true that you can lose it. Stay focused. You've got a community cheering you on!

I changed my diet for a calorie deficit, but walked an avg of 1 mile extra per day for 6 weeks. I dropped 20 lbs in that time.

Having been in the Navy myself, I can assure you, that by the time you get to PT2(second PT test), you'll be under. I never did any running, or any other fitness, at all until boot camp. Yeah, that's what I did. Doing the math from the site, and here, the one I chose was off by 10 calories. But I left it to account for things I may have forgotten.
