Daily vs Weekly calorie intake
I see or hear people sometimes saying "I had above goal calorie intake today, but should be fine cause I'm under for the week." Is this a legit way of thinking?

Calorie goal change
Since I started using MFP, my calorie goal has been 2290. I have since lost almost 17 lbs. My calorie goal hasn't changed though. When will I see a decrease in calorie goal to maintain my weight loss?

Jawbone UP not syncing
Has anyone else had issues with getting their UP to sync with MFP? I can't get it to report anything to MFP at all.

Cheat day
How often do you do it, if at all? I've been watching what I eat and walking so much the last 6 weeks, today I gave in and had some green enchiladas and no walk (raining pretty bad today). I'm still below my target for the day, but I feel like I cheated. I'm so full. Lol.
