How to post excercise

I look at my feed and I see others post their workouts, and I was curious how to do that. I use runkeeper to track my walking, and that posts automagically. But I entered some weight lifted, and was curious how to post that on feed. Thanks!

Make sure the last box is checked, and log your weight session as "strength training (weight lifting, weight training)" under the cardio exercise section.0 -
Woohoo! Thanks. Although, I'm curious how accurate the calorie counter is for that?0

It's generally considered over generous (much like the machines at the gym), so most folks only eat back 50-75% of their exercise calories, or they use a heart rate monitor, but that's only accurate for steady-state cardio, and isn't really useful for something like weight lifting.0
