Question about soreness

So, I went to the gym yesterday and did some lifting. Went with a "full body" routine. My concern is that right now, only my arms are sore. Shouldn't my whole body be sore?

Depends on the program you're using. Many beginner programs try to start out with low enough weights and reps that you'll be, at most, mildly sore.0

Wait until tomorrow then tell us just your arms hurt.0

Most people including self... do to much weight and burn out arms instead of say. Back muscles doing pull downs. Bench press. Uses mostly arms. Butterfly use chest. Food for thought0

On a lot of things. I wouldn't worry about it.0 -
Soreness is not necessarily indicative of a good, bad, thorough, or incomplete workout. It varies from person to person, often workout by workout.0
