A slice of gluten free millet chia bread with 1/4 avocado, sliced onion, capers and an ounce of smoked salmon. And 3/4 c cottage cheese on the side (for added protein)!!

I tried the shakeology shakes (cafe latte, chocolate and vanilla). They're expensive (and seem gimmicky) so I didn't want to like them. I like them a lot though (except for vanilla). They're actually quite satisfying and tasty.

Chicken Parmesan stuffed spaghetti squash!!! Roast your squash halves, too with marinara, chicken and mozzarella!!

My fave gf breakfasts are chia seed puddings (like dessert for breakfast), a slice of gf toast with 1/4 avocado, onion and smoked salmon, peanut butter banana smoothies and overnight oats - so many options.

And no lactose either (or anything else besides hemp powder).

I use Nutiva hemp protein powder. It's gluten-free. It doesn't have flavorings and isn't gross and sweet.

More good suggestions! Thank you! Today I used a little coconut oil (I know that's killing me calorie-wise, but no sweetener was needed!!) I tried the protein powder I had (vega vanilla protein and greens). I don't like the stuff in smoothies (too sweet and fake tasting) and I didn't like it any better in my coffee -…

I use fitstar yoga on my iPhone. It's awesome and sounds like it's available for android. I also use the regular fitstar workout app.

I'm trying to do both, I'd like to drop about 25 more pounds, while building muscles. I feel energized after the cardio but can't go right to wall sits or squats...

I LOVE FOOD TOO!!! I love to cook, I love to eat out - I totally get it!! My solution is to find things that taste awesome - then I don't want to stop for a burger and fries (as often). Make small steps. You WILL get there. ^^ Best advice.

I've only just increased the intensity of my workouts (doubled my cardio this week). I thought the calories sound low too, which is why I felt like I should've been seeing more progress.

I avoid gluten as it upsets my stomach but otherwise my carb lowering was based on what I have been reading about the sugars in carbs. This is partly where I am torn - the bananas, chia seeds, beans should be part of a healthy diet as long as they have significant fiber, no??

My current calorie goal is 1230; macros set to: carbs 25%/Fat30%/protein45% I like protein and try to eat clean (hubby is NO HELP in this dept lol). I just set my diary to public.
