  • Same here! I think it went down a pound since starting... BUT i do feel amazing. I have much more energy, i'm finding random muscles that didn't exist before. So even if the scale doesn't move much, it's definitely been a beneficial program!
  • So so so good! Each day that passes i feel so much better! My body is already much more flexible, I'm able to play with my toddler better than ever. I love this program!
  • The other day we were out all day. It's much easier to stop and grab a burger or something (I have 2 kids in a stroller). Instead I stopped at Au Bon Pain and had a super vegetarian salad. Completed almost all my greens for the day!
  • Pilates had A LOT of planking. My very least favorite lol
  • Just bought the 21 day companion - looks much easier than writing it down daily!

  • I had to do the modified work out as well. I'm glad to know I wasnt the only one out of commission after the 1st 2 videos lol. I could hardly walk up and down the stairs or sit down without being in so much pain. Today is much easier though!
  • This is my first time! My body is killing me from yesterday. I legitimately am having the hardest time walking up & down stairs and sitting down. Wahh haha. Just goes to show you how lazy I've been! Upper body was pretty rough, too. Planking is no joke.
