Busy day yeaterday, worked garden, cleaned yard for about 10 hrs straight. Rested then did a 7-mile bike ride. I hardly eat when doing yard work so that was good. Did get spring garden planted and installed a couple packages of bees I bought. Will relax today.

I've never done the 1-plate rule, I eat in a 3-4 hour window so I can fast all day, workout and then eat that way and will lose. Everyone is different though.

Be careful with those really low cal days. That is probably what brought that on. I had one of those year before last eating low carb I think and was seriously fading after running and then walking around an amusement park and had to grab a soda to revive me. Anyways keep up the good work but also be careful!

I like the idea of smoothies and used to make them often, usually just fruit and yogurt but a little green sure wouldn't hurt! I'm very leery of adding yeast though. I did that in college and it made me feel very strange while doing that. Not sure what was going on. Anyways, congrats on your great progress!

Eating your smoothie probably helped you indulge less. Smart move! I'm a big eater and sometimes I will eat some at home before we go to a friends house to eat so I won't get hungry eating there (most people don't eat as much as I can) while eating about the same amount as others. Thought I would throw out that confession!

I only tried dieting once before discovering fasting and that was eat a big breakfast, only eat fruit tell dinner then eat a modest dinner. Eat the carbs but after filling up on low carb stuff so there isn't room for the high carb stuff like Brenda said!
