Well went hunting for 3 days and ate a little on the weekends so haven't done the diet much this last week and ended up about 1-lb for the week. Will get back at it. Didn't get anything hunting (like usual) but had fun. Good luck all.

I cried when my two year old went into surgery a long time ago. Understandable. Hope your baby is doing well! Keep at it and when your co-workers see your success they won't be able to say anything but congrats! That was how it was at work for me.

Thanks all! Fasted tell 5 on Friday. Saturday was splurge day at the lake. Sun and today were fast tell 5 days. Did use a little coconut oil on fast days. Bought new digital scale. Hard for me to lose unless I do OMAD (20:4 for me) at least 5 to 6-days/week. I can maintain with a slow gain doing 16:8 7-days/week but to truly maintain, I probably need to do 20:4 2-days/week and 16:8 5-days/week. I did make it tell 5:00 pm today fasted. I have a harder time at work due to stress eating! At home on Saturdays, I'm in the yard and I loose track of time and don't eat much. Sundays, I'm at church and doing other stuff and it's usually not that hard either.

Don't worry about one bad day. It won't make a big difference. You won't lose that day and will only gain a little fat. Most weight gain after a splurge day is food/water gain. Good luck! I'm interested to hear how it goes. You should immediately gain 3-4 lbs due to storing more glycogen/water and then you should continue steady losses at that calorie intake.

I think I prevented high blood pressure meds and possibly diabetic meds. I wasn't doing too well in those categories before losing weight. Now they are fine.

I'm trying something new. I'm eating a small lunch and then a small dinner and then run a couple of hours after dinner. I usually have eaten in a 4-hr window even when I was losing weight and doing this will shorten that eating window down a lot. Still around. Still right at about 200lbs. Just running and haven't been doing much fasting so have gained a couple of lbs slowly. Will probably do some fasting on non-running days because I'm running in the mornings to avoid the heat.
