Go ahead and eat your pizzas. Like what previous posters said, go easy on your breakfast and lunch and do some workout so that you can balance your calories. I just have to mention something here. You could buy flat bread in an Asian store perhaps? Frozen ones. Just need to microwave it for 30 seconds. Why not have a filling sandwich or a wrap for lunch?with onion,tomatoes, bell peppers and lettuce? Add some baked beans as well? Omelettes are a Good option too for breakfast. MFP has set a 1200 caloric goal for me which I feel is a little less for a 160 lbs person. That's why I eat my calories. Am I right?

I am a vegetarian so my diet is mostly rice/lentils/bread/eggs/chees/milk.I try not to go beyond my carbohydrate and sugar goal.

I have to lose 30 more to get to my ideal weight. I am not using a food scale yet.

The reason I am not using a weighing scale yet is because I want to do it that religiously when I have yo lose the last few pounds or when a plateau. For now I ve cut out anything packaged or proceeded.

Yea I was thinking of running. It is really cold where I live and I have a toddler to tag along if I have to go for a run.also I am changing the workout even if I am doing it at home. I used to do the 30 ds and now doing the ri30.

I want to lose 2 lbs a week or at least one rite now but it's been 2 weeks since i lost any.

It took me 2 months to lose the 10 lbs. I eat back my exercise calories and yes I try to log most of it accurately.

Oh I used to work out 5-6 days a week at the gym. Lifting weights, resistance training and stuff but yea 30ds is quite intense compared to my previous exercise regime. However I do feel that I be turned stronger except for these sudden knee movements.

But it doesn't really pain so that's why i did not go see a doc yet. I ll make an appointment soon. Does anyone know what it could be?

I used something like that a few years ago and honestly it could probably be a snack replacement for me.

Sautéed onion and bell peppers seasoned with salt, garlic powder, pepper and oregano wrapped in a tortilla with a bit of cheese and curry ketchup. So yum. It was gone in 5 mins.

Thanks, I am going by the default of 50-20-30 for C-P- Thank you so much. That was very helpful. I eat a 1200 calorie diet + 200 exercise calories. Is that good enough or should I aim for more?

From what I know and what I have been through, at least for my body, exercise is necessary for losing weight.

That's awesome. I do JM workouts 5 days a week and also track my calories/steps if I go out grocery shopping etc. I don't use a car. I walk everywhere.
