Is it OK to eat your cravings as long as it is within your daily calorie goal? I weigh around 150 lbs and I am 5'2 tall. I log about 200 everyday for exercise. Is it OK to eat my cravings within the 1400 calorie mark to reach my goals?

I need help you all

Help/advice needed on knee issue
I am doing the 30ds and my muscles have become more flexible and strong. The only issue though is my knee joints are so loosened up that I end up twisting it when I do regular house chores. I need some help
I am heading out for grocery shopping in a while and I need ideas on how to include protein in my meal. My protein intake does not even cross 50% of my daily goals. I am a vegetarian so no meat for me. I include cheese,yoghurt and almond milk and regular milk. Any other ideas?

So MFP has set a 1200 calorie goal for me. What's the correct percentage of carbs-protein-fat should I set to lose weight? Also how much should I limit my sugar intake to? MFP has set a daily goal of 1200 calories for me and I add another 300 for exercise. My sugar limit is set to 35grams per day.
