I need some help

I am heading out for grocery shopping in a while and I need ideas on how to include protein in my meal. My protein intake does not even cross 50% of my daily goals. I am a vegetarian so no meat for me. I include cheese,yoghurt and almond milk and regular milk. Any other ideas?
