Need some motivation with the 30 day shred

So I just completed level 2 and I lost only one pound. I feel so bad. I really put in a lot of effort into this.

No - if she is eating at a deficit, gaining lean muscle mass is highly improbable. Perhaps your sore muscles are holding water.............

Taking measurements is a good idea. Inches lost are just as good a pounds lost. The number on the scale is just one number.0
