In need of some tips for losing weight

I am noticing that my healthy habits are slowly slipping day by day. I see myself having a treat a day compared to a treat a week before. I used to have a donut or cream cornet once a week but it's now coming down to once a day and I am starting to exceed my daily calorie needs by 200-300 calories. I guess I am looking for tips/motivation stories/alternatives to get rid of my sweet tooth cravings. I lost close to 20 lbs before with diet and exercise. Though I've not put on any more, I am not losing anything either because of my improper diet planning. Please do tell me what's worked for you as well.

Meal planning, home cooking, commitment, avoiding temptation, replacing "everyday treats" with healthy, tasty food, made it easy to lose 50 pounds and keep them off.0

I started with hardcore training after being injured for 6 months ( broken knee) . Every time i think about something sweet i either force myself to do some exercises or I check the calories number on packet and I dont feel like either it anymore. I might overdid it but I lost 7 kilograms in 15 days. Also to keep myself from sweet stuff i take apple or any other fruit and drink water with lemon0

I just work the treats into my calorie goal... as opposed to outside of it.0

Meal planning - I should do this more.0 -
Take it day by day. Hour by hour if you have to. There is nothing wrong with having a treat but the key is HOW MUCH of it are you going to eat. Gaining all the weight was DELICIOUSLY easy but now getting it off is the tough part. I am on day 6 of the next two years of getting rid of years of abuse on my body. You can do it. Make sure you have support and accountability.0
