Username: empire5 Weigh In Day: Sunday Week: September Week 1 PW = 183.7 CW= 184.1 I'm ok with that. After being away for 2 weeks and not having any scales to weigh myself or my food, it could have been alot worse. So happy to be home and to get back into a routine and start exercising again.

Username: empire5 August week 5 Weigh in day: Sunday PW: 183.7 CW: 183.7 As I don’t have a scale where I’m staying I’ll just use last weeks weight. I doubt I’ve lost anything anyway as I’ve done no exercise. I’m looking forward to getting back into my routine when I go home next weekend.

Me! After losing my original one that I'd had for years I decided to upgrade to a Fitbit Versa last month. It's so good. Not sure how accurate the HR monitors are on them but it's very motivating to see how many calories you burn during exercise. I feel the same. My motivation has been really low and I'm focused on other things that are going on at the moment. I figure, at least we are coming back here each week even if we aren't seeing the results we want on the scale, and that means we haven't given up! Hang in there! :)
