Weigh In Day: Sunday
Week: September Week 1
PW = 183.7
CW= 184.1
I'm ok with that. After being away for 2 weeks and not having any scales to weigh myself or my food, it could have been alot worse.
So happy to be home and to get back into a routine and start exercising again.2 -
Crap, I'm confused. I didn't realize we're supposed to post here daily, I thought it was weekly with our weigh in0

No worries, the daily posts are optional!
There is always a "winning circle" at the end of the week, depending on the amount of daily posts.
For example, I rarely do it, but after a wedding (and you can imagine the food...) it helps me to stay on track!2 -

Track: Yes
Calories: 1812/1830
Exercise: Calories burnt: 780. 28 minutes of cleaning, 31 minutes of cooking, and 67 minutes of walking with 7,100 steps.
Comments: I walked to where I went yesterday to check out a raft and a sleeping bag that looked abandoned. Noticed three walking trails. One was completely covered in thorny vines, one was partly covered in thorny vines, but was passable if one was wearing the proper clothing. The last one had thorny vines, but had the least amount. That one went upwards for a bit.
I took that trail, impulsively. I wasn't planning on doing any hiking to start out my walk. I had on a short-sleeve shirt, what could be considered dress pants, and loafers. I turned back because I wasn't sure of my footing at one point, (would have to go downhill around tree roots), and I wasn't sure if there was an outlet for the trail. It was fun. I'll have to do it again once I get proper hiking attire.2 -

Exercise: A quick 10-minute walk between classes
Comments: I've been really busy with fall classes, but I'm pleasantly surprised to see how much better I'm adapting my food habits this semester. I'm focusing on quick+easy meals with minimal prep and 5-10 minutes of exercise a day. I'll also try and refocus on daily posting, so I quit forgetting my weigh-ins!
Good luck this month, team!2 -
Cooking Eggs
One of my favorite foods to eat is eggs.
Before I was making omelets and fried eggs. Then I realized the oil I was using in these preparation methods were adding too many extra calories. Even more calories than 1 egg and no added nutrition!
Boiling the perfect egg it is!
I boil at 5 minutes.
In just 10 minutes..... I can cook the whole carton and store the eggs in the fridge for the week!
Buy the best nutritional eggs if you are eating this many.
1. Put eggs in a pot. I use a small one.
2. Cover and boil.
3. As soon as the water boils......start the timer......for your desired egg.
4. Fill up a bowl with ice and water.
5. Immediately submerge boiled eggs in the ice bath to stop the cooking.
6. Store them in their shell. Peel before eating.
1 Large Egg.....Calories: 70 Protein: 6 g Carbs: 0 g Fat: 4.5 g

Tuesday is for fat burning! 🔥
Really starting to get into my new jogging routine.
But, only to lose this extra weight as I don’t think it is the healthiest exercise for me (women).
I am also starting to feel ‘skinny.’ My tummy is getting flatter. My body is getting tighter. Sooooo......Motivating!
