Comments: Decided to go exploring down a trail this morning. Yesterday, I had seen a makeshift skate/BMX ramp on some large boulders by the river and had seen two more boulders partially hidden nearby. Today, I checked those out and found a trail, so I took the trail to see where it would lead. Also, while I love the fact that I can go for much longer periods of time without feeling like I need to take a break, I should be more conscious of my activity level and take breaks so I don't get overheated.1 -

Sooooo my phone decided to go AWOL for about 12 hours. We finally found it in the pasture where I rode the tractor with my husband for like 5 minutes. Luckily it didn’t get smashed and still works. Great way to start September!!3 -

I'd also like to introduce myself to all the newbies, and hello to you all- great that you joined the group!
I'm 28 years old, so rather young, but I always had a difficult relationship with food and my body shape. When I was at university I was at my worst, almost 100kg (220lbs)- while exercising at least 3 times a week and cycling everywhere... I managed to lose 15kg by tracking with mfp and another 5 by taking up running.
I am in a very happy relationship, but turned out that being with my partner (watching his volleyball matches) was not good for weight loss.. small gain, but still- being overweight so young was not really a good and healthy thing. When I started working it got worse- still exercised regularly and ate quite well, but sitting almost all day at work made me gain 8 kg again.
I am quite happy with my current body shape but I really really want to have a healthy, normal weight for once, and keep it. I joined this challenge in March and lost about 5kg- but also 6 cm of my waistline and a measurement with my dietician showed me that while the general loss was small, I gained quite some muscle and lost fat!
I hope to achieve my goal until the end of the year in a health, sustainable way.
So my calorie goal is 2000kcal, I exercise 4 to 5 days a week (and cycle to work every working day).5 -

It mainly followed the river near where I live, which is about 1,000 feet away. Got a lot of pictures though.

Monday Sept. 2
Today was my official weigh in day, and was disappointed as the scale went up from my Sunday morning weight. Result instead of being down 3 lbs, that I thought am only down just over 1lb from last Monday. Realize our bodies naturally fluctuate from day to day so will take my 1lb as it is still progress.
Weight: 197.6 vs my weight of 198.7 last Monday

Enjoyed a couple skinny margaritas today as had our neighbors over, so pushed myself to swim laps 15 min longer tonight to help offset the calories. Have just started to swim laps again and forgot what a good workout it is. It has left me happily exhausted.
