Exercise: Calories burnt: 1723. 28 minutes cleaning, 26 minutes cooking, 30 minutes Tae Bo, 30 minutes belly dancing, and 59 minutes of walking with 5,574 steps.
Comments: Belly dancing is still somewhat annoying to do, but I am going to do it until my muscles and coordination BEND TO MY WILL AND DO MY BIDDING!!! Then I am going to keep doing it since it will help me lose weight because it is a more intense exercise than Tae Bo is with all the minor muscle movements.2 -

today has been a bit easier! First thing is that the bodypump class was a breeze. I was left wondering, is that it? At the end. So hilarious! I still feel quite tired and a bit weak so I'm skipping this evening exercise and heading to bed. I also upped my meat intake today and added 2 boiled eggs for protein. So 60 minutes walk in total, 30 minutes at the body pump session. Deficit calories 558 - I seem to be better at ensuring the deficit remains 500. Walked 15, 176 steps. Fasted 16 hours. Had a late night snack just before 9pm last night. I defo needed it!

Bad luck on my restart. Had a bad fall sprained my ankle and broke my fibula last night. UGHH! Was on such a good role with my diet and exercise.
Am still tracking my food, but weigh ins will be a challenge and workouts off the table for now. Though hobbling around on crutches is its own kind of workout.6 -

Thursdays is for.......Big Brother Live Eviction!
I ate a lot of little things today. But, totally under calories.
Since, last week I have been fast walking/jogging around 7 miles or until I burn 1,000 calories! This is my goal for all of September. I am determine to get out of 120’s.
(I started with 3 miles....then increased to 5 miles......now, 7 miles)
This is because while I am feeling skinny’ish........I don’t look my best at this weight.
I need to be 114 pounds for that!
Making the most of my time working out and the month of September!!!!!!
