Comments: I thought I would be over my net calories for the day. I wanted something to snack on, so I bought 2 carrot cake squares and 2 banana cake squares and had one carrot cake square that was 3.6 oz. Then I had one of those DoubleShot energy drinks. Then I had two slices of pizza on top of that, all of which put me over my calories for the day. But not my net calories because of my activity. Didn't do Tae Bo or arm exercises as I was busy doing other things.0 -

Oops i for got to mention monday that rehab has increased my exercise yahoo.
Now i am allowed to walk on tread mill there but not at home yet.
Also i can do as much exercises as i feel like it.but still cant pick up weights over 6 pounds.

So I decided to get my hair done for the reunion on Friday. When I called to make an appointment, the lady asked what time my engagement was because I have really long hair that takes hours to do. When I told her that I had to go to Habersham Central (an hr and a half drive north) she told me she had gone to school there....then I mentioned that it was the 50th anniversary for the Band.....turns out she was in band there too and had no idea about it! Now she is doing both of our hair and make-up and we're going up together....and she has a couple of friends in her class that she is trying to get a hold of to see if they knew about it.4

Comments: Celebrated my birthday a week early and went out to dinner. I had a small plate of spinach and cheese ravioli and some lemonade. Then roommate decided to have a minor meltdown and upset my husband and me. Then came home to discover at least one of the dogs was upset that everybody left and ate both of the small banana cakes that I had bought yesterday to try. I then decided to take a walk and came across something that needed to be reported to the non-emergency dispatch and had to leave a message.1 -

Did manage to get myself on the scale without my aircast seem to be holding from last time I weighed myself which is good given that have been spending most of my day seated with my leg elevated.

- Really struggled with my fast today. By 10am, I was starving which is not normal. I held out till 1pm and then overate! Felt sick afterwards, serves me right! 18,527 steps and 12km walked. 40 minutes weight training. 478 calorie deficit. It's probably higher as I didn't add the weight training into my exercise tracker. Drinking a lot more liquids. Aiming for a cup of tea every waking hour with very little milk and a glass of water every other hour. It means I'm practically stuck in the loo all day! Body measurement day tomorrow! Yay!1 -
