Calories over-this week has been the worst week for me since I started mfp. I did go grocery shopping tonight, so at least I can eat better tomorrow. It has been non-stop for me. Between last Thurs.-Sun. I only got 3-4 hrs of (cumulative) sleep. I was so tired when my eyes moved everything felt like it was stop animation...that jerky twitchy feel. I was physically ill by Sunday. I still feel like I have been drugged and I have gotten a full 6hrs. of sleep on both Sunday night and Monday. Dreading this week's weigh in-all junk and salt....and more junk and salt....
