    Comment: Weight decided to spike this week, yesterday was 311.9. Didn't post Thursday as I didn't feel like doing it and was going to do it Friday, but forgot. Didn't do it last night as I had some really awesome spaghetti which created a ton of gas which would not go away, which gave me a backache for some reason, and I felt terrible and didn't feel like posting. Took a gas pill and woke up feeling so much better this morning.

    19 hours fast!

    Weigh in and a bit disappointed - 72.7kg so up a little bit. I was totally expecting to hit 72kg this weekend. Oh well...

    Over by 100 calories an i know who snuck into the meal plans.but working on it since tuesday 10th joined mayo clinic diet

    Exercised not really rehab told me to take a break this sunday but did 10 min of stretching
