    Exercise: Calories burnt: 1300. 51 minutes cleaning, 28 minutes cooking, 30 minutes Tae Bo, 30 minutes back exercises, and 36 minutes of walking with 3,412 steps.

    Comments: Back exercises included curtsy lunge kicks (why is that as a back exercise?) (despise), Deadbugs (also despise), flutter kicks, leg raises, 90-degree angle hamstring (That is how I have it listed), and Superman exercise (Don't like that one either.)

    Hahahaha..hunting wabbits! As a new business owner, September starts the busy vending season for me. But, still determined to keep hitting the gym and make better choices (despite my weekend)..... and, I bought my first dress in over a decade yesterday! And I didn't break down crying while trying them on :)

    I'm following everyone's progress. I'm just spending every ounce of free time practicing for Friday night's 50 yr. band reunion....I'm definitely not 16 anymore :/ and why the hell does the current band not have to wear those tacky dickies that we use to make so much fun of??!! :D It's like they think that they are cool or something.... B)
