Exercise: Walked 12k steps, 60 minutes walk and 40 minutes weight training. I also fasted 18 hours and it was effortless. I had a migraine this afternoon and it was so bad I had to head home and take medication. I was nauseous, and had lots of visual disturbances. I've not had one that bad for more than 12 months... I need to connect the dots.
