For now mainly just my daily activities apart from walks maybe, I've just went back to work after having my son and things are crazy busy so can't fit too much in esp during the week but want to start walking around my neighbourhood

Thanks for all the advice - I do like tracking things like my steps etc to motivate me to go that bit further or beat the day before and it would just for my own curiosity in ref to the Calories - I like the idea of the fibit charge for its online and app options too

Hi I have been sticking to my 1270 that mfp says for me, I don't normally go over my Cals and I dont do much exercise yet I have just started back to work after mat leave so hoping to get some work out wedged in when i have time. Hiya no 19st 1 lb is a total of 267 pounds and 18st 6lb is a total 258 pounds in in the uk and use stones :) 14 pound in a stone . I weigh in again on sat so hoping I've lost more .
